1. Awesome seaview from the balcony...really beautiful sunrise...2. Excellent staff especially at the service counter (Thet, Sudan, Arvind etc) & those at the cafe (Asid, Iqbal, Altimas, Mehedi, Mazed, Shahadat etc)..they're really helpful & friendly. Pleasure to know them.3. Very close to everywhere, especially the mosque is 2 minutes walking.4. View from the pool, also very magnificent.5. The bfast options are limited but excellent...All in all, my three children & I had an excellent time & memory in Maafushi, by staying in the hotel.

I would have given a higher rating if they can manage the following better:1. I have requested for both rooms to be at the upper floor, only get 1 of them though.2. 2 hours wait in Velana Airport for the boat transfer, i wish it's not that long! Also on return boat transfer, the boat breaks down & had to return to the jetty, thank God not too far from tge jetty when it broke.3. One of the days, the towels given are smelly.4. I wish they would have informed us prior to finalizing our booking on the compulsory New Year's dinner, but to be fair, the hotel did offer free cancelation, though, but still a hassle. It's very pricey & it disturbs our family plan a bit.

The staff were amazing. Genuinely nice people and always helpful. The breakfast area was well organized. The view was amazing.

Difficulty pre booking trips.

The location is not good, the beach by the hotel is not a beach you can chill by and the water color is not nice there at all. The hotel is small with one small pool

The infinity pool is stunning! The view from the balcony is pretty though you can’t see the water as clearly as I was hoping

So I’ve already addressed this issue with management. Apparently the hotel has a policy where they have to escort their guests over to the ferry when they leave the island. Instead of explaining it to me - I am a very reasonable person and I respect the law, the employees barged into my room demanding I book the ferry in front of them. Then, when the escort wasn’t ready at the agreed upon time, I was told I could not leave the building, like I was some kind of prisoner. This is all very disturbing coming from a place that claims to be “prestige”

Few staffs are cheating the hotel owner. Mr Delowar who is a staff for tours and excursions tries to divert the guest from booking the tours and excursions from hotel authority and he himself directly act as media between hotel guests and tour agency thereby receiving media money and depriving the hotel authority to profit from tours and excursions. Mr delowar is a liabilities for the hotel and must be remove. His behaviour and conduct is also not satisfactory. Cheated the guests. He is defaming the Hotel.

Staff are very very friendly, specially with my little girl Amara, they were spoiling her so much, thanks to Iqbal and Nasim and the whole team. Sudan as well was very helpful and nice.

Breadfast and the meals are so good. And the staffs of restaurant are so polite and provide the nice service. The location of the Triton is located at the beach. we can have a leisure walk after the dinner.

I booked the seaview room, but actually the room is not facing the sea. we just can have a side glance at the seaview from balcony. At the beginning when we arrived, we feel a little bit disappointed. However, after we settled down, we can find Triton is cozy quiet for us, not crowded and not noisy. So, generally speaking, Triton is a good hotel to worth recommending to friends.

Staff are so good. I arrived in the late night, and they packed dinner box and delivered to my room. Also when I checked out in the morning and went out for fish tank activity, they gave me a shower room at the spa center for free. They also arranged special setting for Friday dinner on the beach with live music. The services are so good and far beyond my expectations.

I stayed at Triton Seaview Maldives for a short vacation. The location is definitely a highlight—right by the beach with lovely sea views. The rooms were clean and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing.However, I found the stay a bit overpriced for what was offered. The food options were quite limited, especially if you're staying for more than a couple of days. There aren’t many varieties to choose from, which made meals feel repetitive.While the staff were generally polite and the rooftop pool was a nice feature, I feel the overall experience could be improved, especially in terms of dining and value for money.

Although the restaurant staffy are very polite and helful yet food varities are littele ..only 12 items in dinner

Clean and well maintained property. Most of the staff were cooperative.

Check the pictures before you book the room. Our room description said it’s a sea view room however it was not sea facing and the sea was visible from the balcony. This took us a bit of time to discuss with the management who gave us an option to upgrade the room by paying for extra amounts. After much discussions the hotel gave us a room on the higher floor and the view was a bit better from it.

The staff they are very kind , they make you feel comfortable specially if you are traveling here for the first time , also the food is delicious and was well served by a professional team

Nothing i didn’t like , everything was better than expected

Their tours and excursion was a top notch experience for us - miles ahead of the other company we booked through. Most of the staff was also very friendly and nice. The breakfast was also good 2/3 of the days we stayed. The room and bed was quite comfy and the AC worked well too. The blackout curtains were great addition too.

1. There was a cockroach in the room2. During check in, at first we were taken to the wrong room. 3. Everything including the speedboat ferry from the airport is priced much higher than competitors.4. Location was on the opposite side of the island from the main happening area. 5. The swimming pool is EXTREMELY small.

Located near the local beach (not bikini beach) which is decent for families and people who don’t fancy crowds and parties. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were professional too.

Triple Room size is a bit small for 3 adults, the shower too! (We didn’t get the same as the picture with a glass bathroom window)

We had a great stay at the hotel. Everyone was friendly and professional. Super helpful at all times. We stayed in the King Suite with jacuzzi. The suite was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy and bathroom was large and the water was clean. Triton Prestige Seaview is on the north east side of the island which is a bit quiter than the north and north west which has all the tourist buzz and crowds which is more relaxing but everything is still a relatively short walk away so its pretty convenient. The jacuzzi was large and can fit a couple, there is also another regular bathtub in the bathroom which was great.The rooftop pool had a great view and was pretty nice. Decent size and depth. They also offer drinks delivered to the pool which was a plus.We also arranged a romantic beach dinner which was almost ruined due to heavy rain and had to be moved indoors, but when the rain got less heavy they rearranged the setting outside and set up the cabana again for us for the experience which we greatly appreciate. Special thanks to Mohamed probably from F&B who helped with the photography and was always available.Overall we had a great time and no real complaints other than very small nitpicks.

As we mentioned before the hotel is on the quieter north east side which has a pretty heavy sea weed and algae bloom on the water so the water isn't as picturesque as the more popular touristy north side where a lot of the other hotels are. But there are regions of lighter seaweed growth and its still not a bad sea view if you choose the right angle and light conditions. The key card they give has to be inserted in the room for power which can be a bit annoying as removing the card when you go out will shut everything down including the AC. This is a bother especially you go for a walk in the sun and come back a little sweaty and the room is hot because the AC has to start back from zero. And the AC is relatively slow at cooling the place up which may or may not be due to the large size of the room but waiting in that heat for it to cool down again is not the best. The minibar also doesn't cool very well.Also the Jacuzzi is in the balcony which is lined with glass so not exactly very private. We checked from outside to see if it was visible to people on the ground and while for the most part the tub is not very obviously visible but the rest of the balcony is. So its not exactly somewhere you can go around naked or half naked depending on your preferences and cultural background. Nevertheless these are fairly small nitpicks and overall we really enjoyed our holiday at the hotel.

Unfortunately, not much. The only redeeming quality was the view from the rooftop pool, but even that was overshadowed by the overall poor experience.

Our experience at Triton Prestige Seaview and Spa was extremely disappointing. We waited for hours at the airport despite confirming our arrival time. When we finally reached the hotel, we were not given the room we had booked and paid for. The hospitality was terrible—basic requests like towels were either ignored or met with indifference. The property is falsely advertised online; the reality is far from what is shown in the photos. It’s evident that the management is unbothered by guest satisfaction or service quality.

The restaurant staff were amazing and the breakfasts were very good with a lot of variety. The staff that cleaned our room did a great job and super friendly , the bathroom in the honeymoon suite was fabulous

There was no fridge ( mini bar fridge) as stated in the room description- only a “cooler” which did nothing to keep beverages cool. The front desk staff were not friendly at all … the honeymoon suite was disappointing- it wasn’t a suite at all with hardly any cupboard space … it was not worth the extra cost

We were assisted at Velana Airport and were welcomed by Triton Prestige staff at the marina in Maafushi. Our luggage was collected fand transported to the hotel, while we walked for about 10 minutes to hotel. Our hotel room was well serviced. Waiting staff at breakfast and dinner were kind and accommodating. The hotel has a dedicated watersport kiosk facility, that was reasonably priced compared to prices in the resorts and fun. We enjoyed 4 memorable water activities.

Areas for improvement. 1) The hotel towels (beach and bathroom) were warn out. 2) The buffet dinner and breakfast could do with improvement and more options. Some food weren't adequately covered at breakfast with plenty flies feasting on some of the dishes served to guests. 3) The pool on the 8th floor was extremely dirty on both days you couldn't even see the pool tiles, although the lady at reception said it was cleaned daily in the evening (see the attached photo and contrast between Triton Prestige Pool and the one on the island).4) A coffee shop with fresh pastries would've been nice on the ground floor seating area.5) Triton watersports centre could do with a small changing cubicle and outdoor showers for guests who participate in water sports, also because it is a distance from the bikini beach boundaries, we were expected to enter and exit the beach area to the sport centre fully clothed so not to anger the locals. 6) The life jackets at the sports centre were very dirty and smelly, making us feel uncomfortable and irritable.
